Youth Academy
Botev Plovdiv Youth Academy consists of a large number of youth teams - the oldest of which are a team of 19 years old players, and the youngest - 7. Currently, both the squads of U19 and U17 years old players take part in the Bulgarian Premier League for Youth Teams - these are the boys, born between 1993 and 1995. The younger squads - born between 1996 and 1999 play in the regional leagues. The kids, born between 2000 and 2004 just take lessons and don't take part in official games.
The policy of Botev Plovdiv is to develop as much as possible talented young players, whom can then start playing for the A-team. Almost all of the club legends have began their career in the youth squads of Botev Plovdiv. The teams use a quality training bases in the villages near Plovdiv - Graf Ignatievo, Manole, Kurtovo Konare, Voivodinovo, with a number of full-size and small training grounds. During winter the teams train in closed halls.
